
Liberum Capital is looking for a small number of highly qualified Graduate Trainees to join the London office in September, initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. At the end of the 12 month programme, a decision will be made as to whether a permanent contract will be offered. If a permanent contract is offered a bonus of £5k will be paid.
The initial 12 month rotation programme is between departments, and will consist of meaningful projects such as working with analysts on company models and reports, working on mergers and acquisitions and fundraising deals with the corporate finance team, and working with the sales and trading teams in the dealing room.
Successful applicants must be ambitious and determined. Confidence, enthusiasm and a willingness to undertake whatever tasks are required is essential.
We will consider first class degrees, 2:1 degrees or masters graduates, in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related degree. A valid visa securing residency and right to work in the UK up to at least 2015 is essential. If you do not have the relevant Visa status required, please do not apply for this position. The interview process will involve three rounds - a telephone interview, a formal interview with our Head of HR and COO, and then an Assessment Day with our directors. We hope to offer to our chosen candidates by mid July.
